Common Name: None

(including S. complicatum). Thelephore with massed brackets (cap to 3.5 cm deep), hairy above, ochre or brown, sometimes zoned; margin sometimes yellow, often frilly; underside ochre to buff. On wood. Stereum ostrea. Thelephore with large brackets (cap to 14 cm deep), often massed on fallen logs, with zoned cap and smooth ochre yellow underside. Compare to S. hirsutum group.
